Chinese and Vietnamese government delegations on border negotiation held
meetings here on Saturday and Sunday, exchanging views on the survey of
the two countries' land borderline.
The two delegations are respectively headed by Chinese Vice Foreign
Minister Wu Dawei and his Vietnamese counterpart Vu Dung.
The two sides exchanged views on speeding up the process of defining land
borderline as well as enhancing maritime cooperation. Both sides agreed
to hold the next round of meetings in Vietnam.
Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi met with the Vietnamese
