US to slap anti-dumping duty on China's cotton paper

On Mar 8th, the US International Trade Commission (USITC) finally ruled
that China's cotton paper industry harmed similar US domestic industries.
It means that the US Department of Commerce will levy an anti-dumping
duty on China's napkins and toilet paper of up to 112.64%.
