National voluntary blood donor prizes

The gold, silver and bronze medal winners of the "National voluntary
blood donor prizes" and social activists gathered in Fuzhou on February
16, 2005. They visited the advanced equipment newly installed in the
Fujian Blood Center. It is learned that there were 256,200 volunteers who
donated blood in Fujian in 2004. The blood needed for clinical treatments
in this province comes mainly from volunteers.
